Some of them are voluntary memberships, others are achievements of sorts. Either way, they are all designed to better serve you, and make me a better resource for you when selling or buying your home or any other real estate. If you read through it, it will also help you better understand the whole process of buying and selling real estate. It can be a complicated process, but not if you let me help you. In fact, it will even seem easy, fun and exciting, if I´m doing my job right!  And it will be, it will be an exciting time for all of us!



Top Sales Achievement

This is a level of sales achievements that only the top 20 percent or so of agents receive. There are a few different levels that a Realtor can achieve, and I have been at this level for the past few years now. It is an honor that I am awarded this level and I have been a member of the President´s Circle for two years in a row now, and will achieve it again this year. It is an honor that I am awarded this level of sales status and I can only attribute it to the passion I have for this job, as well as my absolute dedication and commitment to my customers, both buyers and sellers. I work hard to achieve the goals that we set together, and as a result, success is often the end result. The beauty of this whole process is that when I have success, you have success! Yes, I get rewarded for selling your home and/or finding you a new one, but you too get what you want; your home sold or your new home purchased. Win-Win! We both win, and therefore have many reasons to work together and to assure that we accomplish all our goals!


MLS-Multiple Listing Service

As a member of the MLS, I am able to put your home on the market and into the MLS system upon receiving your listing. This exposes it to the thousands of Realtors almost instantly. In addition, it also puts your home on to the top, major search engines out there. There are several resources available online to help expose your home to the public, and putting your home on the MLS gets it on those sites. This is something that selling your home by yourself will not allow, and is critical in finding a buyer for your home. As a buyer, I can search the MLS and send you a link, that will show you the homes that you tell me to search for. I can narrow it down a lot and weed out all the homes with the criteria that you know you will not want. This will save you a lot of time and effort, and will allow you to send me a list of criteria, receive the link to these properties, and let me know if you want more info or would like to see them. The beauty of this is that since it´s online, you can do it whenever you want, even in your pajamas. It will show you all the pertinent information you need to help you make your decision, including full color photos and all statistics about the home. It is an invaluable resource!


New Home Sales Specialist

This is a course I took that teaches the pros and cons of building a home. That is, new construction versus a pre-existing home. It teaches how the process works and what some of the best strategies are for building the home of your dreams. I took this course and became certified so I could better serve my customers. Along with pre-existing homes, I can also help find a builder for you, as I work with several of them already. Despite what people may think, builders enjoy working with Realtors and will not charge you, as the consumer or buyer, one dime extra to use me as your agent. They appreciate the business we bring them. It is always best to have an agent like myself, who works with a company like Remax Advantage Plus represent you when building a home, making sure that your needs are met, every step of the way. Along with this course, I also took two other elective classes, They don´t build them like they used to, and From the ground up. These two courses only enhanced my education toward the construction process.


This is part of the New Home Sales Specialist designation. What this does is help you find your dream location and/or builder to build your home. As agents, we are completely networked with each other to help
each other find our clients ideal locations, lots, and builders that will best fit their needs. We are part of a daily E-Mail that alerts us to new developments springing up in the state, new builders with new lots that become available and special deals for these lots, most of the time before they even become available on the MLS or to the public. As a buyer, this means you´ll have access to the latest lots and developments in the entire state. As a builder, this means that I can put your lots and your services, or developments, out there in front of the entire network in minutes, giving you the much needed exposure to help sell your development and your homes. It is an incredibly valuable tool that you have at your fingertips. This is not a designation that I have, but rather an incredible service and tool that I have access to, and you do too!  We have several Signature Title offices throughout the Twin City metro area and Wisconsin, and our Closers can work out of ANY one of the offices, but can also travel to any closing destination of your choice. What that means is that anywhere there is a closing, they can go there.  What this means for you as a buying or selling customer, is that all the closing services and procedures will be handled by them. What you, as the consumer, sees in the whole home buying and selling process is only the tip of the iceberg. It is a 3-step process; buying/selling, financing and title. Those are the three major steps. With me, you get all three

The title part of this process is the most underappreciated. The reality is that it is an

 Realtor.com  This website is a site that anyone can use, anywhere in the world.  It is a site that contains pretty much any and every listing in the country.  The good people at Realtor.com pull in our listings, all listings, to their website once it is entered into the MLS, any MLS system.  As a result, people from around the world can look at listings and get more information about them.  So, why am I using this as a benefit?  Well, besides the obvious reasons, we at Remax Advantage Plus pay to have our listings stand out.  That is, we have a subscription like service to this website that allows our listings to have more exposure than others.  When your home comes up on this website, there is a direct link established to me, as the agent who has that listing.  When a buyer clicks on the listing, instead of receiving a generic "more info" form, assigning them to any Realtor out there, what comes up instead is me, and my photo along with my contact information.  This assures that the buyer will get the best information possible about your home, direct from the agent who has it listed and is trying to sell it.  That is a major advantage over the competition who doesn't have this service.  It's something we pay extra for, simply to help sell your home for the best price possible, and the fastest way possible.

Other websites I belong to include:  Homes.com, twincityrealty.com, mnrealtor.com, realestate.com, nar.com;and several other sites that aren't as prevalent as these, but are still important and very helpful when selling your home. The whole idea is to get your home out there to as many different sources as possible, for people to see your home. I believe it's in your best interest, as someone who's selling their home, to have all these sites working for us.
