"Working with Brian was a real pleasure. When he mentions the "team concept," he means it. We looked at several homes until we found one, which was actually one of his listings. When I was ready to buy the home, he helped me with the financing, by using one of his mortgage contacts, then set up the home inspection for me, and even referred me to another specialist to ensure that the appliances were in good working order. Once all that was done, he even arranged for the closing. From start to finish, he was with me every step of the way, and helped with every aspect of the purchase of my new home! It made the whole process much easier and very convenient for me. I would recommend him to anyone, and would add that he made what is normally a nerve-wracking process, seem almost effortless." "Brian was great at helping us both sell our home and get our new one as well. First, he helped us buy our land that we built our home on, and helped us with that from start to finish, including Title work and all the details that needed to be done. Then, when we were ready to sell our home, we first tried to do what we were told would save us money, by using a discount agency. It was a miserable experience and we were disgusted with the service we received; there wasn´t any. What a waste of time, effort and lost money that was.
After terminating that listing, we then called Brian and he put it on the market right away, held several open houses, advertised it in the newspapers, kept brochures in our yard sign in stock and worked hard to make sure our home sold. When we received an offer, it was a bit of a messy offer. But Brian never gave up and stuck with it, making sure that we received what we wanted, and made sure that we were protected from anything that could terminate the sale. He made it happen and the house sold!! We were very thankful to have him working for us, he handled everything from start-to-finish for both our purchase, and the sale of our home!
Thanks Brian for helping us achieve our goal of building our dream home!!" Jesse & Christina Simon, Faribault, MN -- Christina Simon, Customer Relations, D
